IfILetGo
If I let go and let my thoughts astray,
memories would be revisited;
upon endless destinations,
far far away.
Rivers would flow backwards,
the world would be new.
Thousands of words meant but never said.
A ruptured heart,
yearning to renew.
As the fire kindles hope among many,
my thoughts would burn like the fire of the Sun.
For in my life,
I never thought,
You would be my fire;
you would be the one.
Enveloping darkness creeps into my brain
but the light that you've once forsaken would stay.
Through the sleet,
through the rain memories would be revisited,
your memory would remain.
One day,
the clouds would part
morning dew would glow like your eyes.
Yet, if I let my thoughts astray,
the truth will unfold, bereft of lies.
As the thoughts travel,
my ever beautiful,
ever colourful life would explode into view.
For nobody knew,
nobody realised,
that this beauty,
was solely because of You.

If I Let Go
Sourav
His words were subtle but there are beauty, pain, and acceptance between his lines. Reading his words once is not enough because each time, it gives a different feeling and a different perspective.
He is an Indian writer who believes that inspiring one's self is essential; that a friend is someone who makes us feel comfortable about ourselves and who's always happy to be there in times of need. He unwinds through sketching, taking photographs, swimming, collecting foreign coins and notes, stamps and feathers.
